USC will officially be giving out refunds for meal plans, parking and on-campus residential housing equal to the costs paid by students and their families.
Students can expect to see the refunds on or before April 22 as the university begins to process refunds, university spokesperson Jeff Stensland said in an email.
The refunds will cover any services that were not able to be used on or after March 16. On-campus Greek housing and meal plan refunds will have to be decided on by the individual Greek organizations.
Tuition, academic fees and student support fees are not refundable per the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education guidelines for the continuity of academic programs.
No details of faculty and staff parking refunds were given, but it is said more details will be provided at a later date.
